Rules and organization
The Dailycerienne is a sporting event organized by Dailycer France on Saturday June 8, 2024, and reserved for company employees and their immediate families (spouse and children).
This document sets out the rules and regulations governing the organization of the Dailycerienne.
Article 1: Organization
The Dailycerienne is a running/walking event organized by Dailycer France (Organizer). The Organizer may be contacted at any time for any clarification or additional information by e-mail at info@dailycer.fr or by telephone on 03 22 78 77 00.
Article 2: Date, times and route
The Dailycerienne will be held on June 8, 2024 from 9:00 am and will take place in Faverolles (80500) on a course around the Dailycer France production site. The course is organized over a distance of 5 kms, with a starting point at the company’s HGV parking lot and a finishing point at the same location.
The Dailycerienne will comprise three events:
– A 5-kilometer walk starting at 9:30 a.m.
– A 5-kilometer run starting at 10:30 a.m.
– A 10km run (twice around the course) starting at 10am.
Starters will be grouped by event. This sporting event will require the wearing of a bib for the races only, as well as a t-shirt specific to the event, supplied by Dailycer France, which will be obligatory for all participants.
Article 3: Conditions of participation
3-1 : Medical certificate and sports licenses
As stipulated in article 231-2-1 of the French Sports Code, participation in the Dailycerienne 5 kms and 10 kms races is only open to runners who hold :
– an FFA, FFTRI, FFCO, FFPM or UFOLEP Athlé sports license valid on the day of the event and adapted to the type of race.
– a medical certificate of fitness for competitive athletics or competitive running. This document (original or copy) must be less than one year old at the date of the race, and may not be replaced by any other document attesting to its existence.
– a PPS (Parcours de Prévention Santé) certificate, to be drawn up and downloaded from https://pps.athle.fr/
3-2 : Age categories
La Dailycerienne is open to all employees, their spouses and children. However, the minimum age for taking part in the 5 km run is 14. This age limit is raised to 16 for the 10 km race. Walking is open to all
Article 4 : Registration
Registration is exclusively online on the company’s website from April 18, 2024, with a closing date of 05/05/2024. No participant will be able to register on site on the day of the race.

Registration for the Dailycerienne sporting events is free of charge.
4-2 : Registration transfer
All entries are personally binding. Transferring a registration to a third party is strictly forbidden.
4-3 : Cancellation of registration
Participants are requested to notify the organizer of any decision to cancel their registration no later than 15 days before the date of the event. No reimbursement will be made in the event of cancellation, as registration is free of charge.
Article 5 : Safety
The organizer will deploy a DPS (Dispositif Prévisionnel de Secours) to guarantee the safety and medical assistance of runners and walkers. Signallers will be present on the roads, and the emergency services (SDIS) and the gendarmerie will be notified of the event. Injured or sick people will be attended to by a team of first-aiders equipped with the necessary rolling stock and medical equipment. In the event of an emergency, a telephone number will be posted at the start of the event.
However, it is the obligation of each participant to provide assistance to a competitor who is the victim of an accident until the arrival of the emergency services.
Article 6: Insurance, liability and behaviour
The organizer has taken out a civil liability insurance policy with CHUBB to cover the competition. Competitors holding a sports licence are protected by the guarantees associated with their licence. All other participants are required to take out their own insurance.

The organization declines all responsibility in the event of an accident or the failure of runners due to health problems or insufficient preparation. Competitors assume full responsibility for their participation and undertake not to take any action against the event organizer in the event of damage or injury.

Any runner found guilty of abandoning equipment or waste outside the designated clean-up areas will be disqualified.
Article 7: Timing
There will be no official timekeeping. The classification of the races (5 kms and 10 kms) will be made by order of arrival.
Article 8: Awards
The top 3 finishers in each race event will receive trophies. Each participant crossing the finish line will receive a “Finisher” medal.
Article 9 : Cancellation
If the event has to be cancelled due to force majeure (weather conditions, etc.) or for any other reason beyond the control of the organizer, no compensation will be paid. Alternatively, the organizer reserves the right to modify the route or schedule the event at a later date.
Article 10 : Image rights
By taking part in the event, each competitor expressly agrees to the use of still or audiovisual images in which he or she may appear on all types of media, including promotional and/or advertising documents.
All competitors acknowledge that they have read and understood the regulations and accept all clauses, failing which they will be disqualified.
